Uxtely LLC (the "Company") is a limited liability company with offices in Rio Grande, PR, USA. This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, documentation, and resources under the uxtly.com (the "Sites" excluding my.uxtly.com); and to the software programs provided by the Company, under the my.uxtly.com domain name (the "Applications"). Collectively, the Sites and Applications are referred as the "Services".
During sign up, you may provide your email, name, and last name (collectively the "Personal Information").
The Company self manages the servers that store Personal Information. Those servers are rented to a third party, Hivelocity Ventures Corporation, in their Dallas, TX data center. The servers are for the exclusive operation of the Services; and are baseline hardened. The Applications are hardened following the OWASP Testing Guide Project v5.
Payments are processed by a third party, Stripe, Inc. (the "Payment Sub-processor"). The Company doesn't collect or see your full credit card number at any point. And the Payment Sub-processor is not given your Personal Information.
Email services may be provided by a third party, Fastmail Pty Ltd. (the "Email Provider"). The Email Provider may collect email communications, which may contain Personal Information.
You may indirectly provide usage information, including but not limited to your IP address, browser vendor and version, device, and operating system. That information may be collected by the Company, and by the third parties listed below.
UI Drafter uses a login/authentication cookie. That cookie is not leaked outside the Applications (my.uxtly.com). That is, the Sites don't get to see that cookie. For payment processing, the Payment Sub-processor may use cookies.
